Do you offer returns?

  • I do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please email [email protected] with a picture of proof, and I can sort you out either a refund or replacement.

 

Do you accept cancellations?

  • No, cancellations are not accepted.

 

How long will my order take?

  • All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 days from purchase. Depending on where you area located, please allow up to one week for delivery time.

 

What is the best way to care for my ceramics?

  •  They are durable enough to put in a dishwasher, but the safest way to clean your piece, is to gently handwash in warm water.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

  • Currently, I am setting up shipping internationally. Aside from Canada, the U.S, I also have the United Kingdom, and Germany. I am working to include more.

 

The cost of shipping:

  • The cost of shipping is determined by weight and dimensions of box being used to send parcel.
  • Little Mud Flower cannot be held liable for any additional taxes or import fees that may incur once your parcel has been shipped. I do not accept responsibility to accept a return or a refund where the customer has refused to pay and relevant fees.
  • While I do everything to make sure you will recieve your parcel by giving a tracked shipping option, Little Mud Flower cannot be held liable for any lost, or stolen packages once they are shipped.
